Box of boxes:
We all know how much children love boxes. A great simple resource for children to explore. As you can see from the picture, this resource comprises of one large box, housing a number of small boxes. The main box can be any shape as can the smaller boxes. The children spend ages exploring and trying to find the correct lid for the corresponding box.
Aims:
- To develop shape recognition
- To develop early language skills (shape, size, open ended questions....)
- To develop counting skills
